How are delivery charges calculated?

Our shipping charges are based on the total cost of the order for each delivery address, as follows:

International Orders

Please note the following:

1. The leadtime as specified above are just for reference as leadtime varies from location to location.
2. We have no control over the customs process in your country. The above shipping times are estimates of when the goods will arrive in your country. The time to get through customs is not known to us.
3. Any customs duty payable for import is for your own account.

Order cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel an order if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than two days after the day on which you placed the order. We will refund the full amount of your order to you instantly.

Returning your order

The majority of our products are made-to-order. Therefore, we cannot offer any refund or returns on orders already dispatched. We always take care that any product shipped to you is in top quality and is inspected before it is packed and shipped to you. We also assure you that care is always taken with the packing of each product to ensure it reaches you in the same condition it left us.
